At MZ Imports, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible across Pakistan.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive delivery or tracking information where available.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote or less accessible areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Promotional free-shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be subject to the terms mentioned with the offer.

Cash on Delivery

We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders and locations. Customers are required to provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address when placing a COD order.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

Address Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.

MZ Imports is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address or phone number provided by the customer.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

While we work with reliable courier services, delivery delays may occasionally occur. MZ Imports is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, severe weather, strikes, public holidays, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may contact you for another attempt. Additional charges may apply in certain situations.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details along with clear photos or videos of the package and product.
