Non-Returnable Items

To request a return or exchange, contact MZ Imports within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed using an appropriate available method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may arrange the refund through a suitable payment method after confirming the customer's details.

Exchange

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, MZ Imports may cover the applicable return shipping cost. Returns for reasons such as change of mind may be subject to return shipping charges.
